Steps to reproduce:

Load any webpage with GeckoView and play the video in the webpage

version: org.mozilla.geckoview:geckoview-arm64-v8a:106.0.20221010181815

Actual results:

Cannot change the media volume through MediaSession API.
In the old version(before 80) of GeckoView, the media volume can be changed through the MediaElement API, but in my version(106)，MediaElement API was removed

Expected results:

Change media volume through MediaSession API.

The MediaElement API was deprecated and then later removed in favour of the MediaSession API.

You can follow along with the GeckoView changes via our changelog. The deprecated MediaElement API was removed in v88.
