Попытался зарегистрироваться через имэйл и получил отказ высылать сылку от веб-ресурса

Actual results:

Окно с ошибкой и просьбой попытаться чуть позже

Expected results:

письмо на почту с ссылкой на регистрацию

Но зашел через гитхаб.
