Environment:
Operating system: OnePlus 6 A6000 (Android 11)
Firefox version: Nightly 109.0a1-20221128094337

Preconditions:
• ETP set to Standard
• Clean profile

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to https://playswellwithbutter.com/how-to-spatchcock-turkey
2. Accept the cookies.
3. Observe the bottom area of the screen.

Expected Behaviour:
The ad is blocked by the ETP.

Actual Behaviour:
The ad is not completely blocked and it cannot be closed.

Notes:

1. Screenshot provided
2. Reproducible on Firefox Nightly on both Standard and Strict ETP
3. Same behaviour in Private
4. Reproducible on Firefox Release with Strict ETP

It's caused by Email Tracking Protection. It's nightly only, set to S3 for now.

This is not repro on desktop side with Normal Window - Strict mode, latest Nightly 140.0a1 under Win 11 x64.

The issue does not reproduce regardless of the ETP setting.
