seen on mac os9 commercial trunk build 2002-11-15-09-trunk -install and launch the build. the browser window opens but many menu items are missing and often the content of the window (including tool bars) are completely missing.

we need to do a full rebuild of the os9 bits to double check that this is not a build issue, but it would be good to have confirmation that developer os9 builds are not having this problem.
sorry, this is happening with commercial builds only. closing this as invalid for mozilla and opening a bugscape bug.
