The fennec to Fenix migration code in fenix was removed, but we still have the functions to do the migration in android-components. This task is to remove those functions.

The motivation is that we'd like to remove the fennec to fenix migration code in application-services and we'd like the change to be not-breaking, see https://github.com/mozilla/application-services/pull/5268

I'll have a PR up shortly
