1803654 - Update PDF.js annotation Feature Callout messages to include both treatment branches

Update the PDF.js annotation messages in FeatureCalloutMessages.jsm to include four messages reflecting the two dual screen messages outlined in the experiment brief. We'll deploy the experiment to set the value of the pdf js tour pref to the screen id for each respective branch.
