Using nov14 branch

Didn't see a report on this, but excuse if duplicate or otherwise known limitation.

If you get a message specified with return receipt option and filter it to Local
Folders, when you display the message you will not be prompted to return a receipt.

Steps:
1. Set a filter (I'm using IMAP account) with an action to move matches to a
folder on Local Folders.
2. Send a message to that user with the return receipt option set.
3. Get the message --> it is filtered to Local Folders destination.
4. Display the message. No prompt appears for you to return a receipt.

Result: not prompted for return receipt if message moved/filtered to Local
Folders before displaying it.

And this is a problem for Global Inbox, because you can't use Return receipts if
you're using this new feature... (Also for Thunderbird)

Should a new header be added to any incoming message?

X-Mozilla-to: me@example.org

So you can move message any time you want, carring original receipt address inside, doing trivial to generate a return receipt message.

Any message received or imported should be stripped of this header to avoid unwanted behavior, before adding the correct one.

(sorry about my bad english)
