Steps to reproduce:

Firefox 102.5.0esr (64b)

Opened bookmark library though the hamburger icon, and attempted to create a bookmark by right clicking on the folder i wanted the bookmark in. The menu that appears cuts off the save button but is an incorrect dimensions which appears to inherit from 'add bookmark' found by right clicking in a browers page

Actual results:

box dimensions are small

Expected results:

box dimensions should be larger

Reproduced the issue in 102.6.0esr on macOS 12 and Windows 10. The issue is not reproducible in release 108, beta 109.0b4 and nightly 110.0a1 (2022-12-20).
