when i clicked on create new account on Bugzilla it says account creation link has been sent on your mail but i didn't received mail

Steps to reproduce:
i click on create new account and enter email and checked the box and clicked on create
Actual results:
it says an account creation email has been sent on your mail, but i didn't received a mail
Expected results:
an mail has been sent on my mail for account creation

please all user click on actual testing ( click here ) option above page for your account creation don't click on top left for account creation
