[Steps to reproduce]:

1. Open the Nightly browser.
2. Pin all the tiles.
3. Enable Sponsored tiles via Pocket.
4. Drag and drop the 4th tile over the 3th tile.
5. Observe the behavior.
6. Drag and drop the 4th pinned tile over the first one.
7. Observe the behavior.

[Expected result]:
Step 5: The tiles are switched between them and both remain pinned.
Step 7: The tiles are switched between them and both remain pinned.

[Actual result]:
Step 5: The dragged and dropped pinned tile disappears and an empty tile is displayed.
Step 7: The dragged and dropped pinned tile disappears, multiple empty tiles are displayed, and the other tiles move their position.

[Notes]:

• The tiles are correctly displayed if the new tab page is refreshed.
• The issue is not reproducible if there are NO sponsored tiles displayed.
• The issue is not reproducible if Sponsored tiles via Contile are displayed.

I can't reproduce this on current nightly. Can you still see this, and if so, are there perhaps steps I'm missing?

Closing it as well as the 3rd tile experiment was wrapped and we don't have a plan to rerun this experiment.
