+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #1780208 +++

For bug 1803875 we need to have new secrets + token exposed to access crash-stats API to trigger a reprocessing after having uploaded new symbols

I have new tokens from https://crash-stats.mozilla.org/api/tokens/ but I dont have the scopes on TC to update them.

willkg from the socorro team extended the existing secrets, so we should be good here AIUI.
