Via foxfooding feedback:

This sounds great except for hitting "Accept all". I'd rather have the option to opt out and just show the banner if "Reject all" is not there.

More foxfooding feedback:

Sometimes, there's no "Reject all" but you can still reduce the number of cookies if the banner offers a "Settings" option. Wouldn't it be a good idea to offer an option like "Try to reject all or else show the banner for the user to explicitly accept it"?

Re: "We’ll always hit “Reject all” if we have that option though in absence of a “Reject all” we’ll do what you’d do otherwise and hit “Accept all”."
I'd rather have nothing been done at all, because what I'd do otherwise is not hit "Accept all" - I'd most likely leave the site, or sometimes just visually hide the banner.

More foxfooding feedback:

Just leave the cookie banner as it is when there’s no option to “reject all” instead of accepting it.

More foxfooding feedback:

I'm a little unsure regarding Firefox automatically choosing Allow All on sites that don't provide the options to reject, as that means the user would be unaware of any things they should know (especially if they can't just reject it)
is there any thoughts of at least not making it do that by default if it ever ships?
another thing I'm wondering, how does Firefox plan to allow users to file issues regarding cookie notices not being blocked?

More foxfooding feedback:

When rejecting cookies is not an available option in a banner, the "cookie banner handling product" automatically accepts the cookies. I won't use the product for this reason. FYI, when I stumble upon a website with a cookie banner that does not allow rejecting cookies, I simply deactivate CSS sheets or I use the firefox "Reader" view to read the website without accepting cookies. I prefer having a not-that-bad reading experience than offering my personal data.

More foxfooding feedback:

When no 'reject all' option is found, let the user decide instead of choosing 'accept all'.
