mouse will lock up when dragging a bookmark in manage bookmarks when a dialog
such as the you are loading a secure web page pops up. All mouse events for all
of mozilla will not register

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Go to above url (or any secure url w/ notify when entering/leaving secure page
enabled), before it establishes a connection, start to drag a bookmark in the
manage bookmark window, don't release bookmark. Once the window pops up telling
you are entering a secure website, try to use the mouse to ack the box. You
can't as you are still dragging the bookmark, but neither can you do anything in
the bookmark manager window. You will have to use the keyboard to ack the box
to unlock the mouse.

Easily reproducable if you have a slow net conenction such as a modem.
Actual Results:
mouse no longer works

Expected Results:
mouse should be able to ack dialog
