180469 - Mail freezes when posting to multiple newsgroups

Mozilla freezes when you attempt to post to multiple newsgroups.  The freeze
occurs when trying to add a third newsgroup to the send list.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Delete file XUL.mfasl from your mozilla profile. (This step is optional, but I
deleted this file because if often causes problems with recent nightly builds.
See bug 168516.)
2.Launch Mozilla and open Mail & Newsgroups.
3.Navigate to a newsgroup (netscape.test.secnews2, for example), and click Compose.
4.Enter a Subject and a brief text of a message.
5.Click on the space below the Newsgroup dropdown, and enter a second newsgroup
(netscape.public.test, for example).
6.Click on the space below the 2nd Newsgroup dropdown, and attempt to add a
third newsgroup.
7.Mozilla freezes.

Actual Results:  
Mozilla froze.

Expected Results:  
Mozilla should have allowed me to enter a third newsgroup and then send the mail.

The freeze occurred when I clicked on the space below the 2nd Newsgroup
dropdown (the dropdown entitled Newsgroup, directly beneath the 'From:') and
attempted to add a third newsgroup.

I just found out that this problem affects any type of e-mail.  If you compose
an e-mail and try to add more than two recipients, Mozilla freezes as described
above.

In addition, after Mozilla is killed, the XUL.mfasl needs to be deleted from the
profile. If it is not deleted, then Mail & Newsgroups is not listed as an option
in the 'Window' dropdown (in the menu bar) the next time that Mozilla is re-started.
