Steps to reproduce:

Tried to join an adobe connect meeting using a provided link in following steps

  1. Copied and pasted the provided meeting link in the address bar
  2. Clicked on 'Joined as a guest' hyperlink
  3. Entered the desired display name as 'Guest"

Actual results:

Sign-in attempt was rejected without showing any error message

Expected results:

User should have been admitted to the meeting room as a guest/attendee

Hello! I have tried to reproduce the issue using firefox 109.0a1 (2022-12-12) on Windows 10 but unfortunately I wasn't able to reproduce it on my end.
Could you please answer the following questions in order to further investigate this issue?

  1. Does this issue happen with a new profile? Here is a link on how to create one: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/profile-manager-create-remove-switch-firefox-profiles
  2. Does this issue happen in the latest nightly? Here is a link from where you can download it: https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/channel/desktop/
  3. Do you have any addons installed if so can you list them?

Verified this issue and could not reproduce it on Firefox versions 123 and 125.

If the reporter can confirm that the issue reproduces in a new profile, we will gladly re-open the issue.
