Details

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:107.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/107.0

Steps to reproduce:

I go to gammingonlinux.com, start movie, right click on movie, so youtube/google menu appears, but I right-click outside it to invoke PIP action.

Actual results:

PIP window appear, but cursor begins not visible at all above Firefox instance window

Expected results:

It works as excepted, but cursor disappears. I must relaunch Firefox. I use many Firefox profiles at the same time - each for one activity under Plasma5.

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Toolkit::Picture-in-Picture' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please correct in case you think the bot is wrong.

Component: Untriaged → Picture-in-Picture
Product: Firefox → Toolkit

Hmm. Interesting. I don't think PIP itself could be doing anything to hide the cursor, it just doesn't have any code that works at that low of a level. I'll move this over to Widget, you'll likely get more relevant responses there.
