Steps to reproduce:

When creating a new e-mail encryption button is on PGP. But I have only a SMIME key for this account. Thunderbird settings do not allow me to select SMIME as primary key unless I generate a PGP Key for this account

Actual results:

cannot send Email without switching to SMIME

Expected results:

selecet SMIME as encryption/signing by default if there is only a SMIME Certificate
