Most Mozilla preferences will be returning to Phoenix at some point prior to 1.0. In the interim, one can always try (no guarantees) accessing the old Mozilla preferences dialog. chrome://communicator/content/pref/pref.xul You'll have to copy that into a new tab or window. I'm sure that this is a dupe of something, I just can't determine what...
