User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.2b) Gecko/20021029 Phoenix/0.4

I have found no way to turn off the [stupid, disaster-awaiting, insecure,
i-prefer-cookies, insane] Password Manager in Phoenix. In Mozilla it's all in
the Preferences dialog, and I had expected to find it there in Phoenix as well.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.
2.
3.
Most Mozilla preferences will be returning to Phoenix at some point prior to
1.0. In the interim, one can always try (no guarantees) accessing the old
Mozilla preferences dialog.

chrome://communicator/content/pref/pref.xul

You'll have to copy that into a new tab or window.

I'm sure that this is a dupe of something, I just can't determine what...
