when bookmarked page changes title, I can't get it to use the new title.

when page changes title, I can't add the new one (rdf issue?)
1) go to a bug in bugzilla
2) add it as a bookmark. (for me, under a "bugs" folder in my personal toolbar)
3) go to the same bug in bugzilla, change the summary, so the title changes
two bugs:
4a) try to add it back to the "bugs" folder, old title stays
4b) remove existing bug, try to add the bug again, with the new title, old title
stays.

This is a dupe of two bugs:
bug 51683 (which also explains why you can't have 2 bookmarks with the same url
in the same folder)
and bug 93189
