I have recently noticed that oanaarbuzov seems to have a bugged "New to Bugzilla" tag that incorrectly indicates that the user has made "0 comments". This shouldn't happen because the user has clearly made many comments (1513 at the time of writing this) if you go to their profile.

This happens when someone loses their editbugs rights - in this case when oanaarbuzov left softvision (which comes with automatic editbugs).

I've put them back into the editbugs group so they are no longer showing up as new.
