I'd like to be able to save my passwords in the internal "software security
device" password storage to an external file so that I can use an external
backup facility. (Encrypt resulting file using my PGP key then save to a floppy...)

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Select "tools" drop down menu
2. Select "password manager"
3.

Actual Results:  
No "export" option

Expected Results:  
Provide "export to file" option.

An export option could insist on the user specifying their PGP public key (in
edit -> preferences?)
