I've got necko calling cancel on the POP3 protocol - now I have to make that
stop the POP3 state machine.
Status: NEW → ASSIGNED

This probably need libmime's support for handling/displaying a partial
downloaded message in case we are stopping in the middle of downloading a
message.

Stop does basically work for POP3 (downloading headers, downloading message).
Other issues with stop during POP account sessions will be logged as separate
issues.
