The print feature does not successfully print the page
http://www.linuxworld.com/linuxworld/lw-2000-11/lw-11-geek_2.html. Only the
first page of this site prints. The next four pages print as blank pages or with
sidebars only.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Navigate to http://www.linuxworld.com/linuxworld/lw-2000-11/lw-11-geek_2.html.
2.Choose File => Print from the menu bar, and print this web page. (This web
page spans five physical pages.)
3.The first page of the web page prints normally. But the next four pages print
as blank pages.

Actual Results:  
Only the first page printed correctly. The next four pages were blank.

Expected Results:  
All five pages should have printed correctly.

I also looked at this web site in 'Print Preview' mode. Only the first of the 5
pages rendered correctly in 'Print Preview'. The next four pages were blank.

This web site prints correctly using Konqueror.

Works for me on Linux 20021117. I've added the print to file mozilla.ps.gz.

I'm finding the same behavior when I try to print
http://www.thehaus.net/AltOS/Linux/ht-compilemozilla.shtml using Mozilla build
2004010707 on Linux.  The print function prints only the first page, regardless
of whether I send the print to a printer or to a postscript file (shown in the
attachement).  Print preview also shows the first page only.
