In Bug 1679556, we toggled browser.fixup.alternate.enabled to false since the fixup was unwanted in a number of cases.

Instead of deprecating it then and there, we added a probe on the pref to see how many users toggled it back to true.

Now that a few months have passed, we should circle back and check to see how many users (if any) toggled the pref back to true to evaluate whether it's time to remove the pref.

I don't think we have a number that represents the threshold, but I think the first step is to first do a query and report back.

Too late for evaluation, this preference was already removed in bug 1850902.
