after bug 144664 finished, file "gfx/src/freetype/nsFT2FontCatalog.h & cpp" and
file "gfx/src/x11shared/nsFreeType.h & cpp" is no longer used, they should be
removed; meanwhile, some minor change should be applied according to the removing.

can this include the files that are being removed?
(hint: do a "cvs delete <file>" and then do a "cvs diff -uN")

Nit: unless there is a reason not to would you mind doing the diff from the
mozilla dir? (eg: "cvs diff -uN gfx")
