Steps to reproduce:

Appointments can not be confirmed and the window always comes back even though the appointment is already several days in the past.

Actual results:

Appointments can not be confirmed and the window always comes back even though the appointment is already several days in the past.

Expected results:

I can mark the appointments as done and the reminder may not come back constantly, this is incredibly annoying and the error has existed for several years.
