When automatically opening an Microsoft Office attachment from the attachment
box, Office sees the file as an existing file, rather than a new file.
If the user saves the file in Office, no prompt for filename, which makes
office save over the temporary (and very soon deleted) file.



Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Double click on Word attachment
2 [review]. Edit from word and save
3. Close word and watch work go bye-bye

Actual Results:  
Temporary attachment file was deleted

Expected Results:  
Given commandline switch to word to open as New file rather than Existing file,
or warned user before temporary file was deleted, that temporary file was
changed and should be saved elsewhere.

using 20031003 I wasn't able to reproduce
please try a more recent build
if the bug is still there please reopen this bug
