Details
From github: https://github.com/mozilla-mobile/fenix/issues/18861.
We sometimes see DNS resolution times that are 500+ ms. They usually take 10s of ms so it would be a huge win to address this. See the following bugs for more details:
- https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1664492
- https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1583298
The root cause appears to be that the system resolver takes a long time to execute.

Changed to a task since it seems like it aggregates the potential fixes to DNS that could improve Fenix pageload.
Here's also bug 1716548 that should be added to the list from the original github issue.
