Steps to reproduce:

TEST STEPS:

  1. Run firefox
  2. Create many tab
  3. work another work.

Actual results:

  1. Many FireFox child processes created.
  2. FireFox is to be slow and freeze sometimes.

Expected results:

FireFox is not to be slow.
