From github: https://github.com/mozilla-mobile/fenix/issues/18033.

Good afternoon:

I take the opportunity, if I may. To see if it is possible that iceraven of origin includes search engines like seax, startpage or metager. Instead of twitter or wikipedia for example. Since you can search inside those webs or in them with any search engine. And the other three that I mention are so to speak more secure or in line with the privacy of our searches.

A hug and thank you for your time and help.

https://github.com/mozilla-mobile/fenix/issues/18033 is no longer available (404).

Interesting. I don't know why issue 18033 is 404. Its neighboring issues -1 and +1, https://github.com/mozilla-mobile/fenix/issues/18032 and https://github.com/mozilla-mobile/fenix/issues/18034, still exist.

But I don't think issue 18033 had any more information than we've captured here in Bugzilla. It was a request to add more search engines to Firefox Android's default list of search engines, like seaX Searx, Startpage or MetaGer.

In the meantime, here are instructions for manually adding new search engines to Firefox Android:

I assume that "Searx" was meant (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Searx).

Thanks! Yes, I misspelled Searx.
