[Tooltips] Switching workspace on Gnome while hovering a tab or link will leave tooltip visible

Steps to reproduce:
[Info]
Fedora Linux 37
Gnome Version: 43.2
Windowing System: X11
Firefox Version: 108.0.1
- Hover over tab or link in firefox until the grey pop up information box shows up.
- Switch the workspace (i use a keyboard shortcut)
Actual results:
The box still shows, even though firefox isn't on the screen anymore and a different window is focused.
Expected results:
The box should not show anymore.

May be fixed by Bug 1569439.
I tested this following the link provided on Fedora Linux 37, Gnome 43.2, Windowing system: X11, and Firefox 111.0a1 (2023-01-19) (64-bit).
I can confirm the bug is not present in that version.
