Steps to reproduce:

Access certificate manager to delete, view, etc

Actual results:

Buttons are hidden and only appear if a scroll bar is moved.

Expected results:

The buttons should appear in the area where the OK button is. This is the case in other sections, such as cookie management, exceptions, etc.
This did not happen in version 107 either, where the buttons did appear correctly.
