the cursor goes to the top left corner when the text in two bullets are joined
(be deleting the CR at the end of the first bulletized item)

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. In the compose window create two lines that are bulletized
2. go to the end of the 1st item in the list and hit Delete
3. 

Actual Results:  
the cursor goes to the top left corner

Expected Results:  
the cursor should stay at the same place (i.e., end of what used to be the first
line).
