Steps to reproduce:

the new version 108.0.1 (64 bits) load web site very slowly and do not load pictures.
It same in debug mode.
Is not come from my computer or internet networks, because Chrome, Brave , edge , ... load all website quickly and with all picture

HI the previous 2 or 3 versions before this one 110.0 (64 bits) works well again and this new one has the same problem.
And especially on the website with lots of pictures like Deviantart.com.

HI a new profile or another window session or Debugmode or safemode does not change the slow upload or no upload of the website ! especially the pictures.
