in bug 1794639 support was added to mozinfo for win11_2009, that was using the initial release of win11 (21H2)- since then Microsoft has issues major updates to the OS, specifically in October 2022, the latest bundled update (22H2) is recommended for all win11 users- we should be targeting that.
