In https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1291839 the behavior of Reader Mode narrator was changed to restart the current paragraph whenever the speed is changed. In my opinion, restarting reading is very jarring and annoying.

Instead, what I would prefer is to continue reading but use the new speed, either immediately of starting from the next word.

Set release status flags based on info from the regressing bug 1291839

Yes, that was the same request I had in https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1291839#c7, however Eitan commented that it isn't technically possible.

As such, I'm going to close this bug as wontfix since we don't have the capability to fix it.
