Apparently I have a fix, but I cannot fully explain what happens.

It happens when we open a message from a file, then click reply, then close the original message window, then wait for the reply to open and get the focus.

Looking at the test, I see that the window open and close as expected, but waiting for the window to get focus is sometimes stuck.

If I delay closing the original message window, it seems to work.

I think my patch had fixed the issue, it was gone in treeherder.

Then I landed additional functional changes (bug 1746579, bug 1775628), and the same test failed again - probably for another reason. I guess we should file a new tracker bug for that.

That newer bug looks also intermittent. I cannot reproduce it locally on Linux. And in the third treeherder build, it also didn't happen.
