+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #1802290 +++

Bug 1802290 D165841 added the file-perm linter on *.build files (moz.build). It should be applied to *.mozbuild (such as browser/app.mozbuild) as well.

Also drive-by alphabetizing.
