[--no-branch] [--skip-dependencies]
[--include-abandoned] [--yes] [--safe-mode]
[--force-vcs]
revision_id
moz-phab patch: error: argument --diff-id: not allowed with argument --apply-to/--applyto/-a
This is because we are using the mutually exclusive patch parser group instead of the standard parser. Patch incoming.

Move the --diff-id argument out of the mutually exclusive
group meant for --apply-to and --raw. Also add a comment
about the mutually exclusive group and add spaces around them
so the different parser is more obvious.
