From the bug #1794140 cache usage audit, we decided to remove measure_fetches and the analyze model fetches admin page.
I've worked on Socorro for 6 years and never looked at the analyze model fetches data. Further, we added timing metrics for API endpoints and webapp views, so some of the things we can glean from the analyze model fetches admin page are in Grafana.
Given that, we should remove it.
