Set release status flags based on info from the regressing bug 1756260
:alwu, since you are the author of the regressor, bug 1756260, could you take a look? Also, could you set the severity field?

I don't think bug 1756260 causes this. Bug 1756260 is about creating an external state machine for the media engine which would only be used on Windows. On Linux, the external state machine won't even be used.
