Steps to reproduce:
I got two calendars: A is set to to "hidden", B is visible.
a) Got a mail inviting me to an event.
b) Hit "Accept"
c) Calendar A is on top of the list of possible calendars
Actual results:
Hidden calendar is on top of the list of available calendars, despite being hidden and thus no events there will be visible.
I got the impression that sometimes events are processed automatically ("Event has been processed already") and events end up in A, thus not being visible to me.
Expected results:
Hidden calendars should not be offered to add events.
If a calendar is hidden, events are not visible, hence offering it and adding events is pointless.

I disagree. Just because you're not for that moment viewing the calendar doesn't mean adding to that calendar would not be appropriate.

So, you think TB knows better than a user why they did that and what to do with it and force that decision upon them?
At the very least the calendar should not be on top and not the default one.

There's a difference between disabled calendar and hidden calendar. For your use case, disabling the calendar is appropriate (and it then won't offer it).

While we don't want to make it impossible to accept events just because you hid a calendar, it does seem reasonable to indicate in the menu which calendars are hidden.
