Steps to reproduce
Set "Open links in app" to "No"
Send a tab from another Firefox instance using the same Firefox account to the Fenix instance
Click on the notification received by Fenix on the phoneExpected behavior
The tab should open in Fenix
Actual behavior
The tab opens in the app (tested with links to Github and with the Github app)

This behavior can also be experienced when sharing a URL from an app and using Firefox as the endpoint. This is a workflow that people can use to open up a page that isn't working correctly in the source application.

Sorry, submitted too early.
When the above workflow is used, the tab is left Firefox as well so the user goes back and can refresh it to get the desired behavior.

Additionally, even after disabling the default app handler for the intent, Firefox continues to open in app anyway in the above scenario
