Steps to reproduce

Have a third party app that can handle youtube links (youtube app, newpipe etc)
Turn off "open links in apps" setting
Send a youtube link from pc to phone
Click notification on phone

Expected behavior

YouTube video opened in firefox

Actual behavior

Video opened in third party app (for me newpipe)
