1809312 - Implement mail space actions for unified toolbar

We have to re-implement all toolbar buttons for the unified toolbar. In this bug the goal is to restore most widgets that were available in the mail toolbar. Some will be slightly changed to provide a better user experience and consistent interface.

This means we now have most widgets that were available in the mail toolbar in the unified toolbar. What's still missing:

• The quick filter bar toggle (on account of the quick filter bar not existing yet at the time of writing)
• A working search bar
• Activity indicator
• Stop
• Forward
• Back

Some of the buttons also still have some outstanding state issues (mail view menu doesn't work at all, some buttons are always disabled etc.)
