Steps to reproduce:
Open firefox on windows 11 and used something to fullscreen it, but only for the first time after opening the browser after closing it entirely
Actual results:
some of the top and left sides of the screen showed the desktop and the window was offset
Expected results:
It shouldn't have shown the desktop
