Sync web-platform-tests PR 37837 into mozilla-central (this bug is closed when the sync is complete).

Invalidation is untested currently, so add a few tests that flip
around things in the DOM and check that the correct sibling elements
are invalidated. (Currently, we fail all of them.)

Also mark nth-child-of-no-space tests as passing, since they do.
