This is a breaking Taskcluster feature that landed in:
https://github.com/taskcluster/taskcluster/pull/5940
It'll allow us to assign scopes to roles tied to the various actions associated with Github Release events. But for now a simple s/release/release:* should keep us with the same set of scopes as we had before.

Needed to resolve the breaking Taskcluster change which landed in:
https://github.com/taskcluster/taskcluster/pull/5940
We should look into replacing the :* with the specific action(s) that the
tasks in each context are supposed to run on, but for now using :* will
keep us with the same scopes we had before.
