I scheduled a bookmark to be checked for updates every minute, to test this out.
 I did receive an alert when the page changed.  I turned off the pop up alert
opion, and turned on "change the bookmark's icon".  When the page is updated,
nothing seems to happen to the bookmark's icon.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a bookmark to a page
2. Go to the bookmark's properties, turn on scheduled notifies, check "change
bookmark's icon"
3. CLick the bookmark to make sure the page is cached
4. Surf elsewhere
5. Update the web page
6. Wait a few minutes.  Nothing happens to the icon.


Expected Results:  
Bookmark icon should've been hilighted or something...
