Select the type of request

The Mozilla VPN has had for a while the ability to set up additional protections against ads and adblockers. Currently they sit under "Network Settings" -> "Advanced DNS Settings" -> "Advanced".

Once VPN-3016 is done, these options will move two levels up, to the main Settings menu, and be named "Privacy features", raising discoverability. A new filtering option will also be added, for Malware blocking.

The request is to consider creating a SUMO article (which, to the best of my knowledge doesn't exist), to:
a) Describe these features, what they do and where to find them.
b) Make sure to note that they may have unintended consequences -- this is something we will also do in the UI: VPN-3584, but we can get ahead of it in the SUMO article.
c) Remind users that defense by layers is best so this is not an "end all be all" solution to neither ads, ad tracking nor malware.
d) Explain that this feature interacts with their choice of DNS. See VPN-3651 and VPN-3262 to understand how these options relate to each other.
e) Explain that the VPN needs to be off to change these preferences.
